LUMC: Things to know, Opportunities to Serve and Prayers to Lift

Update: Grow Groups will meet this week on Wednesday evening via Zoom and Thursday morning at church.

Things to know:

  • Grow Groups meet on Wednesdays @ 7:00 pm via Zoom and Thursdays @ 10:00 am at church.
  • If you know of Shut-ins that might want to receive communion, please let Pastor TJ know so that he can reach out and schedule with them.
  • Pastor TJ partners with people to create miracles in their lives through the power of love. If you would be interested in experiencing this, please let him know.

Opportunities to serve:

  • Do you love working with youth and children? If so, We need an MYF Coordinator who is willing to help coordinate youth group activities. Please speak with Pastor TJ for more information.
  • Do you love organizing and teaching youth and children? We need a Christian Education Coordinator who is willing to coordinate Christian Education activities at Lisbon.
  • We need a Worship Technology Coordinator who is willing to learn how to run the live stream and audio/video equipment during worship.
Prayers to Lift:
  • Thanksgiving that Scoville family is together for Easter.
  • Hayden – Thanksgiving for continued recovery from bicycle accident
  • Thanksgiving for no rain and sunshine
  • Pray for people of all religions
  • Tom O’ferrel – health concerns
  • Sandy Scoville – health concerns
  • Those who were injured or lost their lives in the Key Bridge collapse
  • Audrey – recovery from pain
  • Stanley Miller – health concerns
